Refund policy

3-Day Returns. We want you to be happy with your tools.

Return window: You may request a return within 3 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. Please contact us before sending anything back.

How to start a return: Email returns@mmalto-tools.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.

Return shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you the result. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping (where charged) is non-refundable unless the return is our fault.

Exchanges: The fastest way to get the right item is to return the original and place a new order.

Non-returnable items: Clearance and final-sale items, and used or installed tools, cannot be returned unless defective.

Cancellations: Need to cancel? Email orders@mmalto-tools.com within 24 hours of ordering. After that the order may already be processed for shipping.
