Refund policy

3-Day Returns. We want you to be happy with your tools.

Return window: You may request a return within 3 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. Please contact us before sending anything back.

How to start a return: Email mm@mmalto-tools.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.

Return shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you the result. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping (where charged) is non-refundable unless the return is our fault.

Exchanges: The fastest way to get the right item is to return the original and place a new order.

Non-returnable items: Clearance and final-sale items, and used or installed tools, cannot be returned unless defective.

Cancellations: Need to cancel? Email mm@mmalto-tools.com within 24 hours of ordering. After that the order may already be processed for shipping.
