Shipping policy

At mmalto-tools we ship worldwide. We keep our shipping simple and honest.

Shipping rates:
- United States: FREE shipping on every order.
- Rest of the world: flat $9 USD per order.

Order processing: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery estimates (after processing):
- United States: 10–15 business days.
- Canada, UK, Europe, Australia: 10–20 business days.
- Rest of world: 12–25 business days.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather, or peak seasons.

Tracking: Every order includes tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated after 7 business days, email orders@mmalto-tools.com and we'll chase it for you.

Customs, duties and taxes (international orders): International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These are not included in our prices or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.

Wrong or incomplete address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders lost due to an incorrect address. If you spot a mistake, email orders@mmalto-tools.com within 24 hours and we'll try to correct it before the item ships.

Lost or damaged in transit: If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact support@mmalto-tools.com with your order number and photos (for damage). We'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
