Shipping policy

At mmalto-tools we ship to the continental United States and to most countries worldwide. We keep our shipping simple and honest.

Shipping rates:
- United States (48 continental states and Washington, DC): FREE shipping on every order.
- Rest of the world: flat $9 USD per order.

Areas we don't ship to: We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, other US territories, or military APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Orders to these addresses can't be placed at checkout.

Order processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery estimates (after processing):
- United States: 10-15 business days.
- Canada, UK, Europe, Australia: 10-20 business days.
- Rest of world: 12-25 business days.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather, or peak seasons.

Tracking: Every order includes tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated after 7 business days, email mm@mmalto-tools.com and we'll chase it for you.

Customs, duties and taxes (international orders): International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These are not included in our prices or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.

Wrong or incomplete address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders lost due to an incorrect address. If you spot a mistake, email mm@mmalto-tools.com within 24 hours and we'll try to correct it before the item ships.

Lost or damaged in transit: If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact mm@mmalto-tools.com with your order number and photos (for damage). We'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
