I was scammed by the postal service; they charged me €3 even though the order was placed before the EU tax came into effect. This is a common and fraudulent practice, as the tax cannot be charged retroactively.
So the pens are good... But two pieces including shipping cost more than 12€? And then they take more than 4 weeks to ship? I wouldn't order again... I ordered several items and didn't realize that the pens had shipping costs. The other items without shipping costs arrived after 10 days... What a shame.
