I bought this device after 1 and a half years of waiting. They wrote to me 2 weeks ago that they already had it and that it was available. I bought it right away. It arrived in a very professional box, honestly, I didn't expect such attention to detail. His instructions and the tools for the process, the video they sent you is not the same as in my vehicle, but it's very similar, which made me nervous. I opened the car's trunk and found three cables; now the dilemma... which one is the correct one. Just try which one fits; the second one I tried caused a light on the cable to turn on (good sign). Now came the worst part, closing the box with the cables so that it looked good, which was the most difficult and frightening part for me, but once I properly connected the clips, I started the car and it automatically started recording. I downloaded the app and could watch it in real time. I'm not sure if the images it records are 4K, but they look quite clear as attached in the images.
Very easy installation, fast forward with video tutorial. User manual comes with package, couple steps to configure everything up. Camera quality is decent as i saw on couple of videos and 1 photo(which is attached to this review), resolution is 4k apple’s photo app confirms that. Packaging is also „premium”.

The package arrived well protected. it’s a great product and looks oem. not installed yet but i see no issues. i also purchased a fuse connection to enable park mode so waiting on that.

My second dash cam from fitcamx. I'm really satisfied with the oem look. The use of power already available makes the installation a quick task. I think i'd used about 5 minutes installing the front cam. Previous experience i will guess about 30 minutes for rear cam installation. The quality of the video is ok. could have been better, but for me the oem look is worth the money with the quality it has.

Very good seller. Answer all questions quickly. The product is good and easy to assemble. The front and rear cameras provide a good image, and everything is easy to find in the app. And most importantly, it looks original and doesn't stand out.
