It was difficult for me to put it on the lever; I had to use a drill bit to make the hole bigger and then hit it hard to fit it.
It has looked great on the Renaults where the reverse gear engages by lifting the lower part of the knob.

Good product, but the hole needs to be widened for the 1999 Clio 2. . . once the modification is made, it fits perfectly into the hole. If you remove the gear indicator, no worries, it can be put back properly and it's also useful for pressing better to insert the knob into place. . . For now, everything is fine. . .
